"Alan is very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I am the type of person who asks a lot of questions, Alan took the time to fully answer each of my questions without rushing, I really appreciated that. I contacted several electricians and he was first to come to my house to review the project and provide me with a price on the complete project. Another electrician, once he found out it was a detached garage, told me he would not do the trench work, and I would have to find someone else to do it. I told him not to both giving me a price. The trench work tuned out to be the hardest part of the job. In trenching to the garage, a massive root was uncovered; Alan handled it very professionally and did the necessary work to properly install the wire. I would defiantly recommend him he did the complete job, pulling permits, having the work inspected, the total installation and cleanup. I think you would be happy with his work."

"Very expensive project having my Central Air and Furnace go out at the same time. We had a new furnace installed last week and we were not satisfied with how it was working. I called Hurley and David and had a technician come out, it was determined we needed a bigger BTU furnace. I spoke to Michelle Creek who ensured me they would order a new one and have it installed. The people (from the customer service reps to the billing to the drivers) have all been honest and realistic with expectations, answered all of my questions and never charged me more than what is advertised on their website. Patricia and Victoria have gone out of their way to return my many phone calls on the weekends too. You just don't get customer service these days anymore like the bullbag provides.They came when they said they would, did what they said they would do and did it professionally and pleasantlly. It is a pleasure working with such an honest and reputable company. Especially since the dumpster industry has not been know for this! He did replaced the gutter but unfortunately he didn't really attached it close enough to the house so now with all the freezing and everything water is dripping down between the gutter and the house and it's freezing. I have not call them yet to inform about it. He work pretty quick and that was good."
