The people (from the customer service reps to the billing to the drivers) have all been honest and realistic with expectations, answered all of my questions and never charged me more than what is advertised on their website. He did replaced the gutter but unfortunately he didn't really attached it close enough to the house so now with all the freezing and everything water is dripping down between the gutter and the house and it's freezing. I have not call them yet to inform about it. He work pretty quick and that was good."
