The technician was extremely professional and pleasant. He checked on everything and made sure everything was working before he left. He was there promptly at the time he stated he would be there and completed his job. An honest assessment of my unit. Very thorough in understanding the unit and possible issue. Works fast. Should give a solid fee for service call, not $40-50. But was happy to give him the $50. Also, was given no paperwork to detail what he found or did with measurements of heat and cold air?
