"I used Andre/Amazonia to install a new lawn after a pool installation. That was in summer 2021. The lawn still has not grown in in several locations. Also it is customary to remove all gravel and debris from the area as part of the work (that was in the scope/proposal) but this was not done. When I asked about it Andre said "the gravel will blend with the grass/dirt". To date it generally has not. I also used Amazonia to install sprinkler heads. 3 heads had a problem within 5 months or so and he charged me again to repair them. The lawn mowing was also problematic- they drove over my new travertine pool deck and left marks on several occassions and continually blow cut grass into the beds (which leads to grass growth in the beds). He also estimated a price for fall clean up at about $1300 which I agreed to but I was home every day (working remotely) so I validated he had only 2 workers for less than 2 hours each per occurance; this did not match the hourly rates used in his estimate (he apparently double charnged the lawm mover for leaf blowing as well). I stronly recommend you look at other vendors now that it is post Covid and the supply has increased. I will never use Amazonia /Andre again as in addition to low quality work I believe him to be dishonest."
