Over the course of 2 weeks, Richard and Charlie were consistently punctual and took great care to be respectful of our home (always used drop cloths everywhere they walked, swept/cleaned up after themselves daily & used the proper machines/filters so dust wouldn’t end up all over our house). Got the bait and switch bc they never did this and we had a cockroach infestation that went on for a year. They lied to me and then their manager claimed “we don’t see it in the contract”. For a very reasonable price, Douglas’s crew safely removed nearly all of the flaking lead paint from our house and repainted, as well as painting the garage. Douglas’s crew was very hardworking, efficient, and friendly. They really went above and beyond, too: for example, we had a loose clapboard where a cable runs into the house, and they reattached it. They also stripped the lead paint from the interior of our back vestibule for us, even though it isn’t technically part of the exterior, without charging us extra for it. We’ve gotten a lot of positive feecback from neighbors, commenting both on how beautiful the paint job is and how friendly the crew was."
