"We were so pleased with the results. We had a complete home renovation. Al was so kind and not only listened, but homored our requests. He worked with us on the details of our plans. It was not your typical home reno as Al had to correct all of the work of a prior contractor. Al was reassuring and not only delivered on his promises, but produced such quality workmanship. The same goes for those he contracts with especially the painters. We have been living in our home now for two years and it's exactly as he promised: it feels like home, a place we always want to come back to. Thanks Al."

"To be fully honest, at first I was a little skeptical, as I am with most contractors, but they came in on time, were very clean, and were punctual about the things I asked for and needed done. The crew was efficient and the work was done correctly. They even helped and built my elderly neighbor a garage bathroom after seeing the work at my house. I definitely will have them back to build my ADU for my in-laws."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Claudio came over to my house to initially check out the workplace and see what I wanted to be done. We agreed upon a price, date and time to start the project. Claudio returned to my house on 6/27/2014 on time at 8 a.m. with two of his workers. They remained at my house until the job was professionally completed. They cleaned up the workplace when the job was finished. There were no hidden fees and Claudio and his workers made the entire process work for not only my budget but also my schedule and time. I would highly recommend Finish Master as I will be using them again in the future.

"I put most of the information about how my experience went in the "services performed" area -- please read that for the full story.  Overall I was SUPER pleased with the work and the price for the projects I had done.  I was so happy that I am working with Scott to scope out additional projects for our house (custom built in entertainment hutch for the family room, a shed for the back yard, and possible plans to finish our walk up attic space).
We moved to MA from Colorado and had an excellent carpenter there who did many projects for us.  I am happy to find another great carpenter here!

"Dan and his entire team were great to work with and we were so pleased with the work, we are now using him for another renovation project for the house.  Our original project was a messy one - water damage that affected three out of the four condominium units in our building.  The work was relatively small scale but involved all of the trades which made it a project that was difficult to find a contractor who was interested and qualified.  His estimate was very competitive and was able to do the work right away.  He was great about communication throughout the process and was very neat with the work.  These qualities were particularly valuable because of the multiple units and owners, two of whom work at home.  There were unforeseen conditions that arose and we added some scope to the work along the way and his pricing for these items were very fair as well.
