"To be honest, I do not have enough time to properly express how wildly inappropriate, unprofessional, and ill-bred our encounter was with this company. We are a kind and easy going professional couple, and as a nurse, I have encountered so many different attitudes, but nothing has topped the uncouth exchange from Jason, who I believe is the owners brother, and I sincerely offer my condolences to him on that. Jason was rude and unprofessional immediately with my husband on the phone, which I find quite humorous considering he is at fault here and not us. During the course of the conversation he called my husband "special", used foul language, made physical threats, and made inappropriate comments about my mother in-laws intellectual abilities . He told us he could not send someone back for weeks to do a small pipe replacement and that we should be happy with that since he is doing us a favor by coming back to do the repair. If you are shaking your head during this review and thinking to yourself this cannot be true, I assure it is. I wish I was making this up. Do yourself a favor and avoid hiring this company to do any of your repairs. I cannot speak for the owner himself as we did not have interaction with him, but he should know that it is in his company's best interest to remove people who think that exhibiting behavior that so closely resembles an untrained animal to interact with his customers."
