Great guy, great price. Fast, efficient and clean. What else could I say? The door works now. Cliff spent time explaining the repair and why he recommended the type of repair that he did.
Also, he responded faster and had better prices than other quotes. Better service, better price and done faster. I'm happy.

We have an older garage door that failed over the weekend. Cliff called us back promptly on Monday (within about 2 hours of leaving a message), and was able to come the same day to fix it, for a quite reasonable price. This was among the best experiences we've had with service providers in the area. Would absolutely recommend him.

He was very prompt. He did an excellent job. He picked up everything after he finished working. I had the garage door for about a year now and it worked fine. I called him the other day because a couple of weeks ago, I thought it was broken. He called me right back and it turned out that I just needed a battery. But when called back, he was available.

As stated above, the work was professional and properly installed.

He arrived a bit late, but replaced the garage door opener hardware with no problems in the estimated time. It has worked well since installation. While he was at the house, we purchased an exterior keypad, which he expected to be shipped to us the following week. It actually took about 2 weeks for it to arrive. When it did, he made a special trip to bring it out and install it for no additional charge. We had expected him to just mail it to us. It was a good experience.

I banged into the rail the night before and could not close the garage door. I called in the morning and made arrangements for him to come at 5:30 after I was done with work. He was here when I got home, having already called me with his assessment and estimate. By the time I got home the work was finished, the door works perfectly and he even did a couple of extra things like change the battery in the outside remote pad and change the lightbulb in the overhead light.

The whole thing was, as I said, very efficient. I had the estimate one day - the options were explained and the choices I made were installed the next day. (I'll forgetting his name!) The guy was very quick and thorough. I did not need to stand there and watch the replacement happen, but was given a thorough lesson and explanation of how it all works once the job was complete. This guy is very nice and professional and efficient. Highly recommend him.

I called Champion Overhead Door on Monday evening after I got home from work and discovered that our garage door wouldn't open or close properly. Clif called me back within a half hour and set an appointment for the next day. He arrived before noon (on time) and had the door fixed and "tuned up" within an hour. Very prompt, very professional, did all the work needed and nothing extra that wasn't necessary. I'd highly recommend Champion Overhead Door to anyone.

I would gladly recommend Cliff for work on anyone's garage doors regardless of the condition of the doors.

It was a nice experience. I had a question on changing the wood. He said that it wasn't necessary and that the track was not going anywhere. He said he would have told me if I needed anything replaced. I will be having the construction company spray insulation where the wood is split.

This is a rental. The tenants were out of town and when we arrived the door to the garage was locked and of course I didn't have a key. So I had to go back home (he was very gracious about waiting) and when I came back with my set, they didn't fit! So we had to reschedule. I was embarassed and horrified but he was very cool about it, "no problem, really" and we rescheduled for the following week. He arrived, replaced the opener, showed me all the features and went. I had had this door previously looked at but the guy that I had contacted appeared so scammy. He (can't remember the name) was completely the opposite. I felt he could be trusted and was selling me a clean bill of goods.

I would definitely use them again. They were efficient. They were sub contractors for another company that we spoke to and who did the estimate. These guys came out and repaired it. They tried to basically fit the door into a tighter area than we are used to and it came to a point where we were doing modifications to the area as we were going. We normally wait till the home owner does it but this time we had the other company do the estimate and they went out of the way. Their price was less than what I had expected.

They were good. They knew as to what they were doing and did the job. There was nothing in particular that stood out about them.

Great no problem He even came back in June when a lightening surge blew it out. He replaced it immediatly at no charge

Service man arrived on time and diagnosed problem quickly. He ordered the needed parts and came back two days later to install them.

The experience was great. From the moment Cliff arrived and explained the work that he needed to do, it was clear that he knew what he was doing.

Our garage door opener died last year so we waited until I felt comfortable finding someone to replace the opener. I read some good reviews on Champion Overhead so I gave it a shot. Clifton responded in a timely fashion. Explained he could get out to us within two days which wasn't a problem for us. He had the new opener installed within an hour and he took the time to show us how everything worked. Good customer service which is something that is always a plus for us. We've had no problems. Everything works great.

I had a mysterious glitch with my garage door openers that another well-known company was unable to identify. Cliff was very responsive and professional. He identified and fixed the problem promptly. And, his rates are very reasonable.

Cliff did a good job. He came over and adjusted our door right away. He had to order some parts and he came back a week later, as soon as the parts arrived. The door is probably about 40 years old and Cliff was able to rehab it. Cliff was able to save us the expense of a completely new door.

It went very well. Clifton hall was very courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, and he spent almost 2 hours here fixing our garage door. Everything works fine now. He was here within an hour of the phone call to fix the problem.

I am thankful he was experienced and saved me much grief that I would have had, had I attempted this project myself. The project was delayed because the job needed more parts. The parts that the installer supplied were unbelievably expensive. The original estimate for the job was $129.00 and the final price was $329.00 after all was said and done. I do not know how 2 brackets and some rollers added up to $200.00 I was promised a detail in the mail, as he said he was out of invoices. However that has not happened as yet, and it has been a couple of weeks.

The whole process went very well. I called Cliff on Thursday morning and had to leave a message. He called me back within 10 minutes and was able to schedule the work for me on the same day. He told me he would be to my house at 4:00 to take a look at the problem and he arrived slightly before 4:00. He took a look at the door and thoroughly explained the problem to me and what it would take to fix it. He had to go and get the parts and told me he would be back in 1/2 hour to an hour. He arrived back as scheduled and had the door fixed for me within about 1/2 hour. He had to replace some additional pulleys for me so the job was slightly more expensive ($60) than what he had originally quoted. He also performed a full safety check on the door and let me know what other things I may need to watch for in the future. He provided a receipt/warranty for the work. He was very professionally and friendly. I would use him again and recommend him. I didn't know which company to use as I've never had a problem with my garage door so I reviewed Angie's list and found the other reviews for this company so I thought I would give them a try and I'm glad I did. I was especially happy with the same day service.
