"Hi [Member Name Removed], I believe this is a case of miscommunication, and for that I do apologize. We always strive to be clear on what we have done and any recommendations we have. Intermittent issues do pose a particular challenge from a service perspective as we are not always able to observe the cause. There can be multiple factors at play, and sometimes the problem is triggered by other things. These things can be independent of the door system and often completely out of our control. If we had been more clear on the source, it may have prevented further issues. On our end, safety sensors are an automatic check any time there is a closing issue and I did confirm they were adjusted. I also remember mentioning them on the phone (we always encourage homeowners to look them over before we arrive when we think they might be part of the problem.) While it is possible we overlooked some wiring issues, we include cutting out any bad splice points or damaged parts of the wires we find in our basic tune up service. It is also possible the wires were damaged after we left. I do apologize that we were not able to meet your needs. We will take this as an encouragement to strive for greater excellence in workmanship and better communication from every member of our team. We would be happy to do a free garage tune up for you anytime in hopes that you will give us another opportunity to meet and exceed your expectations."
