"When I first met Edwin he was very polite. He promised to follow the explicit details of the project which were to match existing fence. He said he would start in two weeks. When he finally showed up it had been a month. He stayed for a few hours and went home sick after having brought a small amount of disgraceful materials. I mistakenly agreed to pay $300 for these in advance. The wood was cracked, some posts too large and the boards the wrong species. After being instructed not to use a specific post he did so anyway. Then proceeded to make the gate a foot shorter than fence. After he left I noticed the cross bars were pine which he argued and lied over until Angi got involved. To keep job he agreed to get cedar like the original fence. By then I had had enough manipulation and childishness. He insisted on finishing job and I did not want him to. So in fear he would, I had to keep and move the materials he lazily left. If I do not get my $300 back I am glad because the gentleman working for him was very kind and I don’t want Edwin having an excuse not to pay him. Edwin is dishonest, and immature. I do not recommend him! My parents recently passed away and I wanted the project done for my Mother at least by Father’s Day. I am disabled and my puppy who is helping me to survive is not safely contained in my front yard. The Summer is wasted because I cannot empty the garage and get my home ready for a future PCA. Edwin knows not what he did and didn’t do. Do not hire this person and God Bless!"

"Rob was very responsive, always on time, and did a beautiful job! I needed old gates/fencing removed, new gates built and installed and the length of my chain link fence secured at the bottom so my dogs could not escape. He came out and gave me a very reasonable quote for the work. He showed up on time, is friendly, and went above and beyond to get the work done, as it was more extensive than originally thought. "My wife liked his style and professionalism so much she also ordered a gate for the windows (bars). I thought that would look horrible. But he is such an artist. This is a original creative design that he came up with (modifed a gate design, to add more detail). I think you will agree this guy is extremely talented. He also did not mind when we told him to come back with more paint on the rails and window bars. Greatly appreciated.

"It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) I have already called them to request my bag be emptied on Friday, and they have me on the schedule! I can't believe the customer service is so great! This is not a regular dumpster company. I have a dumpster delivered last summer and they gouged my driveway. What a nightmare it was to get them to pay for the driveway to be fixed. NEVER AGAIN! It's BullBag only for our future needs."
