I am a small construction company with myself and three other employee's, I do all aspects of the jobs. except, Plumbing, Electrical, Excavation, and H.V.A.C., and Plastering, which I provide the contractors for. Billing procedures, usually are 1/3 at the start, 1/3 mid point and final payment upon completion of the project. I am fully licensed and insured.

He described the entire process as they were going through the renovation, he consulted with me on every decision and gave me the pros and cons of each option, and he and his team did amazing work. Not only was their work perfect, but they are the nicest people. My kids actually were sad when the project was over as they did not get to see them anymore. I would highly recommend Rich and will happily be using him in the future when I need more work done."

He skillfully replaced all the rotting wood with fresh quality wood, and completely rebuilt the barn doors - I now have custom doors on my shed! He also fixed a broken window pane and installed window sills to keep the wood from rotting again in the future. While he was here, he repaired my fence and also sanded down some doors for me so that I could repaint them. He worked outdoors during our coldest days of the winter: 7 degrees. And he worked when there was a foot of snow in my yard. Just shoveled himself a little path and set up all his work equipment. I couldn't believe he was so dedicated, and that he kept to his schedule despite the crazy weather. He also didn't let me pay him until all the work was done. This guy is a keeper!"
