1.It was promised the the work would take approximately 3 days and did not get the car for 10 days. Was quoted a fix amount for the job, after completion a news price was give incrementing the cost by approximately $500. After having the owner finally agree to charge the quoted price, the secretary?administrador tried to collect the incremental price. Very poor customer relations and not good business practice. Had received two other quotes from other sources and they were comparable to the original quote from Committed Collision.

They say if you want something done well, fast, and cheap, you can only get 2 of the 3. This holds true for Committed. I was paying for this out of pocket and they did absolutely superb work at an unbelievable price (I got 2 other quotes and Derek did the work for about 60% of the other quotes).
It took a little longer than he had quoted, and when I called on day 3 asking where my car was (promised 2 day delivery), Derek said he found it hard to believe he said two days. (he had). None the less, he got it done within a week and very very wonderful work.
I was reluctant to even mention the amount of time it took because this is truly a superb provider and I will always use them again, so I fully endorse Committed to all Angieslisters. It's an excellent operation and you should use them. To the provider, a bit more communication on status would have brought my experience from 95% to 100%

It all started when I came out of the grocery store. Someone had hit my car in the parking lot when I was shopping and completely destroyed my rear bumper, behind my bumper, trunk, passenger quarter panel and my rear wheel!I was so upset I didn't even see the and quot;OUCHand quot; business flyer on my windshield.I found it the next morning, it was a flyer describing their business and it said and quot;please call for a free estimateand quot;. So I did. Derek (the owner) had me come down and took a look at my car. At this point I didn't know if I was going through insurance or not. But the damage was a lot more then my paycheck to paycheck budget could handle. I was told and quot;NO WORRIESand quot;! He helped walk me through what needed to be done with contacting my insurance company to get things started and that was it. I didn't have to do anything else. Committed Collision took care of everything! They even got me into a rental car, which picked me up right at Committed's shop, when I dropped my car off! Not only that, but they helped me save my deductible too! There was absolutely NO money out of my pocket and I was able to continue with my day to day activities. When I got my car back.......you couldn't even tell where they had painted. It was like the accident had never happened!!
To anyone that wants things do correctly the first time, my suggestion is COMMITTED COLLISION in Hampton NH!!
