Joe was great. He was punctual for both visits. No problems with the garbage disposal installation. We also appreciate his honesty with the loose pipe joint! We will definitely use him for all of our future plumbing and heating needs!

Genuinely beyond impressed by Joe.  He was the first to respond from several quotes that I requested and quickly committed to his next available date.  He gave honest feedback and suggestions, showed up early, and went straight to work.  Joe was incredibly thorough from start to finish.  He recommended I buy the water heater on my own as it would be cheaper than him buying it for me.  After the install he re-pressurized my heating system, bled the air out, and stayed to ensure the water was heating, faucets were clear of sediment and cleaned up the work area.  What totally surprised me was how affordable he was.  His final cost was below his initial estimate range, which completely shocked me.  What contractor have you ever had who charges the real cost and adjusts lower if he saved?  Joe is officially my new plumber for anything and everything.  Humble, caring, and professional plumber. Joe Byrne is great to work with. He is reasonably priced and reliable. He does a good job at explaining your options and isn't looking to oversell you on services you don't need. I highly recommend him.

I couldn't be happier with the service call.  Joe was professional and he genuinely cared about the work he was doing.  I had a mish-mosh of old parts and if it wasn't for Joe I would have bought the wrong replacement parts.  He came out before the service call, took apart the appropriate pieces to see what replacements would fit.

I was desperate to get the shower drain repaired.  The shower was on the second floor and the water had leaked through to the first floor ceiling causing water damage on the ceiling.   Joe came over within hours of calling him on a Monday morning. He was extremely professional and understanding.  He scheduled me right away.  Even though the job turned out to be much more than a routine fix he was able to trouble shoot it and come  up with a solution. The house was built in the 1800s and the plumbing although updated was a bit unusual.  Joe even cleaned up after the job and left the place clean.  I was surprised and thankful.  I thought his price was very fair especially for all he had to go through, not a typical plumbing problem.  I would recommend Joe without hesitation; honest, courteous, and kept me informed.   I gave him a well deserved tip,  Thanks Joe! 

Joe was great. I needed a plumber right away because we were moving , This was a problem the new buyers inspector picked up. So we needed to fixit . Joe came right away and fixed the problem.

He did the job just fine but left a mess when he was done.  I would definitely use him again in a pinch but would look for someone else if I had time.

Fabulous.  Got to work within minutes of walking in the door.  Never stopped working.  Completed in about 1 hour.  Perfect job.

Joe came to my house and got right to work on the shower arm.  He finished that quickly and asked if he could do anything else; I told him I'd been having problems with the water pressure lately and could he take a quick look at it.  A couple of other plumbers told me I probably needed a new tank but Joe found the problem to be with the filter I was using and the tank was fine, saving me at least several hundred dollars!  His pricing was more than reasonable and would definitely call him again if the need arose.

Bruce arrived to the appointment early and was very courteous; he even asked if he should take his shoes off.  He quickly fixed the leak in my bathroom fixture for a reasonable price.  We would recommend him.

Very affordable. Made an appointment to have my shower on/off knobs replaced. Waited for Bryne plumbing to arrived but he never showed. I left a message and was called back several hours later. I was told that his truck broke down and he had tried to leave a message but has the wrong person. He came a few days later to complete the job. I was not home at the time of the work. I was quoted over the phone that the work would cost approx $350. I returned home to find a bill for $435 in my kitchen. When questioned he told me that he did not have my cell number (which I provided to him) and could not give an accurate estimate without seeing the job. Overall he did a good job. Communication could have been better.
