"I called Pride on the advice of a local realtor. An upcoming commercial building sale required work to be done immediately. We had a jammed lock on an exterior door and needed a locking knob on an interior door. I called on Thursday, needing the work done on Monday. I left a voicemail message, and the callback came in minutes. On Monday morning, the work was done and I had an emailed receipt. As a plus, both locks were keyed the same! I never tried to call back, but went with Union Square Locksmith, who returned my call immediately and was very prompt."
