It was easy to schedule Mark and send him images to help find new locks that looked much like the old locks. He was communicative, friendly, and did good work, fast.

I called Pride on the advice of a local realtor. An upcoming commercial building sale required work to be done immediately. We had a jammed lock on an exterior door and needed a locking knob on an interior door. I called on Thursday, needing the work done on Monday. I left a voicemail message, and the callback came in minutes. On Monday morning, the work was done and I had an emailed receipt. As a plus, both locks were keyed the same! I learned in a call that they do door repairs and alarm wiring too. They have over 20 years experience and are happy to explain their work. I will definitely use Pride Locksmith in the future!

It went great - Mark texted ahead to let me know when he'd be here, arrived as noted, was cheerful and efficient/highly professional. I already had the lock and deadbolt set, but it took a bit of chiselling on both the door and the frame to get it to fit properly, and he did a very neat job and was great about explaining the setup both to me and to my tenants, given the lock type was somewhat different than the busted one he removed. I'll gladly hire him again next time something like this comes up - firstrate service at a very reasonable price!

Mark was a true professional. He was punctual and responsive. After a month or so of our family's keys being very difficult to get out of the lock of our front door, I decided to reach out to Pride Locksmith. I told Mark the problem and he quickly determined that the key canister needed repair and that the keys themselves were fine. He was quick to return my initial call, showed up on time, and worked quickly and diligently. I will use him again and would recommend his services.

He was nice on the phone and in person. Did excellent work. Husband gave him a check but accidentally left off part of written amount. When he called about it, I apologized and gave my credit card over the phone to pay him and asked he void that check. Two weeks later the check was deposited. I contacted him right away and he apologized saying he’d send me a check in the mail, but the check never came. Two weeks later I called and spoke with him again, he said he’d send the check right away. It’s been two more weeks. I have yet to get my money back. I’m very unhappy about being ripped off. I have tried calling three times over the last two days and he won’t respond.

It was great - Mark responded to my call immediately and set a time. Was out in a few hours exactly at the time he said he would be here, worked fast on my messed-up (and old/ non-standard) back door. (I'm going to replace the door, but meanwhile need to be able to close and lock it). Put in new deadbolt I'd already bought. Has a very positive attitude and figured out exactly how to make the back door work for now. Now at least I have safety while looking into how the door can be replaced. Price was right and even slightly under what he'd originally quoted. Will definitely use again.

Mark was great to work and easily rescheduled (at our request) a few times as we had an ever changing move-in schedule. We wanted the same key to different doors, so he rekeyed the front door, as well as changed the doorknob and rekeyed the new lock from the garage to the house. He showed up on time and was very professional.

Super communicative. Arrived when he said he would. Very professional and easy to deal with. He installed the front lock, fixed another lock that had been installed incorrectly, and advised us on a few other issues. All for a very reasonable price. Would def. hire again.
