Paul came up with a great plan and walked us through all the options. Every step was professionally taken care of. We had many changes along the way and each change was met with ease and flexibility. All pricing was given to us upfront so there were no surprises. They never said no, just set expectations of what should be done and how. They educated us on every step. We're now left with an amazing yard for the dogs and even a putting green. Our family is so happy and we look forward to many more projects with Turf Prep in the future. "I hired Lee to install a basketball hoop I purchased from a big box retailer. Upon meeting him and his team, I could tell they were well trained, experienced and cared about customer satisfaction. All of the employees I encountered were very courteous. Lee stands by his work and does whatever is necessary to ensure the customer is happy. While his services were somewhat pricey, based on my own personal experience, it was well worth the cost and I'd gladly hire him again for other work. After the job was completed, I received a follow up phone call and even a thank you card in the mail about a week or two later. If there were more people in the business world like Lee, we wouldn't need a site like Angies List."
