The equipment is maintained well with some of the machines out of order for repair periodically. The changing room is clean and includes basic amenities such as a hair dryer and lotion. My only real issue was that the workout area became very noisy when a class was in session. Doors to the classes were left open and the teacher's mic + music would interfere with non-class participants' workouts. It was mentioned to several staff members on multiple occasions, but the issue was ignored. One staff member even responded rudely with an excuse about the class area being too warm for the door to be closed so the rest of us would need to just "deal with it".
