"I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. "I hired Mr. Kennison and was very pleased with the results. I have a small kitchen in an old house (built in 1927) with a lot of issues. No room to move around, very little cabinet (door less cabinets, no less) space. The original was covered with two layers of carpet and sticky tiles over the years. I wanted a kitchen that was usable and friendly and Brad helped me to obtain that. He came up with a beautiful floor plan that utilized my space by angling the counter so that I had a little seating area. I no longer have to have a table in an already small room. He was originally trying to fix my wood floor but with all the wear an tear had to replace. The room was not level so he had to work extra hard to make everything level and fit.. He even went the extra mile to remove some old wainscoating and replaced with primed beadboard. He was also willing to supply references before he started any work. I am very pleased with the results."

"Everything went great, there were a couple changes that had to be made as the job progressed, we found out the old toilet had been leaking pretty badly, and there was a bunch of rotting floor boards.  Other than that they completed the job within our time frame, cleaned the house up at the end of each day very well, and really treated our home like it was theirs.  Everything was sealed up with plastic barriers so we wouldn't get dust throughout the house, I was very pleased about that.  We plan to have them back in the next year or two for the kitchen.
