"The initial build went reasonably well. We did find problems which they did come back and fix. I noticed a railing support that was cracked. I was told that I must of done it, that was that. The plugs that cover the screw holes in the stairs are falling out. I looked for some at Home Depot, but couldn't find the right color. I still had Chase's cell #, so I texted him and asked if he could send me some plugs, and I would do it myself. No response. Tried again the next day, still no response. I'm not surprised. Aging the build was decent, price was higher than most. Now that nearly 2 years have gone by, and customer service should be anticipated, nothing. Never again."

When Nelson came out he was so well detail oriented and may I say he really knows his stuff. "Absolutely AMAZING job! We have been searching for a general contractor for almost 6 months to take care of several projects on the exterior of our home. We had worked with Stellar Painting before when our insurance company paid for a door and window repair. After a phenomenal job and a great experience, I called them again to see if, by some miracle, they could handle a list of repairs for the exterior of our home. After coming out, giving an estimate, and providing a start time - I couldn't believe how quickly everything was done! They fixed everything (and that was one heck of a list)! And he was very easy to work with. We hand built a custom cabinet to replace the old bathroom closet. For many contractors, having a homeowner perform part of a remodel could have been difficult for them. Lester took it all in stride and adjusted his workflow to let us do our part. No corners were cut - if something was being built from scratch, it was done correctly....if something that was being renovated was less than ideal (existing walls/studs out of plumb, uneven flooring, etc) it was made as correct as possible before the work was done.
