Bob was very patient and skilled in dealing with the window company and making work what we had available until the right size window was delivered. Simply put... I would have not been able to accomplish this by myself. He was not satisfied until the window was correctly sized and correctly installed. His professionalism and thoroughness are qualities that aren't always found today as jobs are rushed and finished subpar.
