Ductless Master LLC

Sized mini split that was too powerful for size of my pool house. As a result I never get right temperature in room: either too hot or too cold

I hired this contractor and totally regretted. The owner Patrick talked and convinced me he would gave me a good product and installation. I believe they rushed my job and gave me the worst job. Not only installation look bad, they also gave me faulty installation. Due to their negligence I was getting leaks from the three wall units they installed. After 2 visits from them the leaks got worse. After two no call no shows I called a different contractor. The new contractor found several issues with Patrickâ s installation. Three pumps in the attic was insufficient, the three small pumps inside wall units were inactive, he poorly insulated copper tubing with some areas exposed which was causing sweat and leaks, the outdoor unit not elevated and then later I found out his electrician is not licensed. I had to pay an additional $1300 to get all these issues fixed by the new contractor.

Patrick is professional and a real problem solver. He works with the customer to find the best solution for your situation. He is also very budget oriented and goes the "extra mile" to make sure the customer is satisfied.

These guys installed my Ductless Mini Split. They did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable HVAC company.
