"It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) I have already called them to request my bag be emptied on Friday, and they have me on the schedule! I can't believe the customer service is so great! This is not a regular dumpster company. I have a dumpster delivered last summer and they gouged my driveway. What a nightmare it was to get them to pay for the driveway to be fixed. NEVER AGAIN! It's BullBag only for our future needs."

"I am very happy with the final result of my home remodel which included completing some cosmetic work in my bathroom that had been started by my husband but never finished, new Pergo floors in my hall and living room, painting in several rooms, gate installation on my front porch, new sliding glass door, new furnace and central air, and my personal favorite, a completely new kitchen. Richard and his crew were a pleasure to work with.  We never had to hire a contractor before so we were very careful before making a decision.   After obtaining many estimates and meeting many contractors we decided to hire NE Renovations.  Our decision was based on all the good reviews on Angie's List and the price for the project and the fact that Richard seemed to really know his stuff and made us feel comfortable and never pressured us.   I can honestly say I was never disappointed with anything from the beginning until the end of the project.    All of his crew were very professional, knowledgable and polite.  And Richard always responded almost immediately to my e-mails. 

They did a beautiful job transforming a rear window into a door with a deck and stairs.  You could never tell it was a window before.  I never thought it would come out so great!

They installed a dryer vent to the outside from the second floor which works beautiful and also boxed in the vent to make it look like it belongs there.  Not such an easy job when we realized how big our new washer and dryer were.   Anthony painted both bathrooms and did a perfect job (and I am kind of fussy.)   And they also painted my front porch deck and sides. 

They installed a hand rail in my basement and bathroom cabinets.  And they also fixed a gate in my backyard. 

Everything went smoothly and was done professionally. 

I look forward to working with them again in the future and will recommend them to our friends and family.  We had an excellent experience and would like to say thank you to Richard and his crew for everything."

"The original deal I bought was for 1 person for 6 hours. Somehow there was a scheduling mix-up, and on the day I expected them, they didn't come. When I called, the scheduling mistake became apparent. The person on the phone was very apologetic, and told me no one could come. But, maybe 20 minutes later, she called back and said, she could send two people for three hours now. I agreed, and they arrived soon after. Evidently someone else had canceled, so I was lucky.
They were cheerful and friendly. They knew what they were doing, had the appropriate tools to accomplish my task list, and didn't leave a mess. They worked efficiently and got my list of things done early. They hung pictures for me in the remaining time, and did all that annoying measuring etc, as well as dealing with a wall that doesn't like to take nails. It's been some time since they did the work, and I'm happy to say that their efforts have held up. The gate has remained stable, the re-hung door works great, etc. In contrast to some others I've hired whose work has not held up.
I would be happy to use this company again, and it was great to get all those things taken care of.
