At first, it looked like they would have to run lines from the main unit installed on the back of my house, all the way to the front, which would have required a cover matching my exterior. Better than that, cheaper, and more efficiently, they found a way through the garage and up the wall to my bedroom - it was ingenious, and I didn't have to request permission from the condo association, since the wires and pipes were all inside my unit, nothing to be seen outside except for the heat pump in back. I was very impressed.
I highly recommend Gates HVACR for any services that they offer - John Gates is a good, honest man.
