They were hands down the lowest bid which is a concern in general however they did the job as contracted and the results were excellent. The only issue I had with the company was communication. "I hired Mr. Kennison and was very pleased with the results. I have a small kitchen in an old house (built in 1927) with a lot of issues. No room to move around, very little cabinet (door less cabinets, no less) space. The original was covered with two layers of carpet and sticky tiles over the years. I wanted a kitchen that was usable and friendly and Brad helped me to obtain that. He came up with a beautiful floor plan that utilized my space by angling the counter so that I had a little seating area. I no longer have to have a table in an already small room. He was originally trying to fix my wood floor but with all the wear an tear had to replace. The room was not level so he had to work extra hard to make everything level and fit.. He even went the extra mile to remove some old wainscoating and replaced with primed beadboard. He was also willing to supply references before he started any work. I am very pleased with the results."
