He is an expert with logistics - materials and workers arrived as needed, all on a tight schedule, all expert at what they did and all very amiable. Paulo himself loves his work, enjoys design and selection of materials, and is good at it. He stopped by every day to oversee progress and was done in about ten days. He has a foreman who checks all work and does much of it himself, Daniel Peixoto, who is both an extraordinarily hard worker and is masterful on tile and carpentry projects.
