"My family and I hired Jeff as our General Contractor to oversee the construction of our 1500 sq. ft. summer home. It was the best decision we made regarding this project. Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He was attentive to our design requests and of our vision for this home, while providing his expertise in all phases of construction from site work, foundation, framing, siding and roofing, stairs, and all interior finished work – including installing wood molding trim, doors, closets shelves, kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, all of which he does himself. Jeff hired and coordinated reputable subcontractors required to complete the project on schedule, and met all of his commitments regarding price, quality of materials, and high standard of professionalism and quality construction. Jeff was responsive over the 6-month schedule, keeping us informed of the overall progress, including subcontractor and weather delays, local permitting challenges, and coordination of several building inspections – all of which passed the first time attesting to the quality of Jeff’s work. "Excellent! We had a very good experience with SeaBreeze Home Construction. Amanda and Mitchel are so easy to work with and genuinely nice people. Amanda is incredibly organized and efficient - especially arranging subcontractors, ordering materials, etc. Great attention to detail. Mitchel is a very meticulous craftsman and a perfectionist. The project went smoothly with just a few delays due to supply chain issues - beyond anyone's control. All in all it was a great experience and we highly recommend them!"

"The project was twofold. The sunroom needed three new sliders after damage from frozen pipes. Harold’s men installed the doors but made a mess of the casing on all three. Unevenly matched etc. Harold attempted to fix it. The second project was two remove clapboards on back of house and replace with shingling. He also suggested that the kitchen casement window needed replacing. We paid $1042.00 for the window. He never came back. We waited 6 months and I contacted him. He assured me he would have the window installed. He was a no show. I’ve made several attempts to get him to finish the job. We went through a cold winter and he had left the shingling open around the kitchen window. He also never installed the outside light on the back of the house after removing it for work. I fired him and yet he tells me he doesn’t have the money. I am short of going to small claims court. People beware!"

"We recently had an “old school” original 1970’s Cape Cod kitchen fully remodeled including adding a slider. Richard did a great job from planning and design (shout out to Hanna on this), to demo, to install, to finish work. Richard was on time, reliable, and not your typical Cape contractor. Super clean at all times and was able to work with us on various hiccups/unexpected stuff along the way. He explained options and the pros and cons of each possible choice. He never upcharged us (unless we asked for something) and was exactly on budget. Very happy with his work and would definitely recommend. We will likely call on him again for our next project."

"We had this company build a new master-suite in our home. That included floor plan changes, tiling the bath, installing a new shower, a jetted tub and a new toilet. Only 3 months after many things fall apart. A glass shelf almost fell in the tub when my wife was in it. It almost injured her. Towel racks came of the walls leaving giant holes behind. The brand new tub stoped draining. I brought in a licensed plumber to fix that and he told me he never saw "such a sh*tshow". And conveniently Mike told me in the middle of he project that his company declared bankruptcy, so no point suing him."
