did job while building new home in neighborhood.
Used old garage ceiling plywood (instead of new plywood) for bedroom/bath flooring.
(wall to wall rug installed over plywood)
Floor of bedroom/bath will have to be replaced because of weakness.
The floor should not have to be replaced in such a short time.
In my opinion builder installed inferior flooring to expand his profit
