"Sign contract April 4th 2025 was told would take two to three weeks this job was removing pressure treated and replacing with composite material we picked out samples from local building material outlet and showed so-called supervisor what we wanted was told he would be ordering them funny thing where we got the samples all items were in stock at least a week delay items had to be special ordered what we were told another special order for the railings another week delay called or message several times to correct mistakes July 4th is just around the corner job is still not complete"

My husband usually spends time (and $) at the beginning of the season making sure the water stays clean and clear. But patching up all the spots, and then painting the entire pool ensured the pool was so much easier to clean and keep clear on day 1. "Excellent ! I hired ARM Construction again after they did such an outstanding job building a cover with a hip style roof over my 12' X 12' front porch. This time I had them resurface the entire porch ; top, sides and stairs. The cover over the porch is stunning. All work was done with a permit and passed inspection by Worcester inspectors. The masonary cement work went very well . There was one small section that I had a concern over. Andrew , ( owner) had a mason come back out and resurface the whole top portion . No charge to me. This company not only does excellent quality work, but stands behind their work. I will definately hire them again."

"I've been meaning to post this for about a year. Got a few coats for a 1100 square foot basement apartment floor. They came in around $8000, which was the middle quote, for a 2-tone copper floor. After the first application, I had a number of marks - which they attributed to "out-gassing" - essentially blaming the poor quality of the foundation. I checked with the manufacturer of the product and this claim was not actually unfounded. However, I still wasn't satisfied given the financial outlay and the final result. To their credit, they came and redid the floor within 96 hours. I can't imagine they made a dime on the job after materials and labor were paid twice. Regardless, they stood behind the product, the application, and my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them based on all of those factors. The floor is amazing. very unique copper. probably not a good investment in a rental property, but **** it's unique and they proved themselves to be a class act."

I had set up the plowing for yesterday during the storm with someone else, but that plower did not show up due to a flat tire, nor did he come today or respond to phone calls. I have been snowed in all day and when I reached out to Dumont to rescue me, he did. He came late in the afternoon, plowed heaps of snow in the dark and bitter cold and shoveled in front of the garage. I am most grateful for his rescue and the good job."
