"I initially called Patrick on an emergency situation. The pipes had frozen in my barn and I needed to be able to access water for my horses. He came right over and went above and beyond to get pipes thawed and water flowing! He even lent me his own personal space heater to get pipes thawed more quickly. I had him come next day to fix my mom’s bathroom sink and toilet. He did an amazing job. His pricing is reasonable and he is a pleasure to work with HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!"

They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "
