"Job went well. Joe re-arranged his schedule to squeeze me in. I bought a deal and he applied some of this towards materials so was very fair.- work seems fine. I only gave him a b in quality because I think he could have better secured the new outlet (I would have given him an a- if this was available!). That being said, all is working fine and I would hire him again. I think he's honest and fair.
