"We were really happy to have found Leo and his crew and to have hired them for our landscaping project! Leo was really responsive and evaluated the project within 24 hours. He had great advice to offer and really understood what we were after. Leo and his crew showed up a few days later and completed the project in a day—the result was great! The work was meticulous, with great attention to detail. They also managed to save plants that I thought would need to go. Finally they took great care to clean the driveway up, following up with a call. A really friendly, responsive, and professional outfit—The project was completed within four days of my reaching out for quotes—I highly recommend Leo and his team and would hire them immediately for any future project!"

Small jobs welcome

"This is the second job that we hired Peter for. He followed through every step of the way. He does meticulous work and that s a lot because my husband usually likes to do things himself because it s so hard to find dependable, excellent workmanship that you don t have to call them back to fix what wasn t done correctly. Peter started and completed the job on time and went the extra mile in several ways to assure our 110% satisfaction. I would HIGHLY recommend him and would hire him again and have recommended him to friends as well. Stop looking and call him immediately to get your quote!"

Customers say: True professional

"These guys are fantastic! What a great job! I'm absolutely pleased with every aspect of their work and especially the end result! Hired Tomas and his crew to install a new paver patio/grilling area next to my deck. Their price was great, absolutely fair and reasonable. They were on time and nocked it out in under 8 hours. Clean, professional, respectful and they even helped me carry out my grilling equipment from the garage. Great crew! I absolutely recommend Hilario's for any stone projects you have!!"

Warranties offered

"We hired Michael and his team to replace our front walk and back patio. For the front walkway, they removed all of the old bricks and stacked them neatly out of the way in the woods, and then leveled everything and installed new pavers. They also used mortar to set the edging in place. They had to remove the old sand and brought in aggregate and stone dust as a base. In the back, they re-used the old bricks but had to remove everything, level it out, and then re-install. New aggregate and stone dust here too. Completed everything in three days and worked very long hours (7am to 7 pm). We made a few small adjustments along the way and the guys were very accomodating. Would definitely hire this crew again."

Gazebos questions, answered by experts

Clean regularly, seal wood surfaces, and inspect for damage or rust to ensure longevity and safety.

Porticos last 25 to 60 years, depending on the material used. A portico’s roof typically matches the roof of the rest of the home and can be replaced simultaneously. Portico columns have a similar life span if properly maintained and regularly sealed. In some areas, harsh weather and extreme temperatures may cause a portico to wear more quickly.

To make the gazebo accessible, you can build a wheelchair pathway leading up to it. The path should be paved with a smooth surface for wheelchairs to roll through. A low curb should be placed along each side to ensure the wheelchair stays on the path. At the end of the path, build a wheelchair ramp connecting the gazebo.

Fascia and soffits differ in their location and design, but fascia vents are the most popular alternative to soffits. These are a bit more hidden than soffits, but depending on the structure of your roof, they can cost more to install and maintain. They are also installed around the entire roof, whereas soffits can be placed only where you need them or, if the aesthetics bother you, somewhere out of sight.

The average cost to build or install a gazebo is around $5,700, with prices typically ranging from $3,000 to $10,000. The final cost depends on several factors, including the gazebo's size, shape, material, and design complexity. For example, square gazebos and those made from metal can be more expensive, while brick is a more affordable material. Adding custom features like built-in seating or lighting will also increase the price. You can potentially save money by purchasing a prefabricated kit or performing some of the labor yourself.
