On top of that, they beat all other bidders on price, some by a considerable margin. The disparity concerned me, but I had prior experience with this company. Bob Muldoon responded to my request for the estimate, was very informative and addressed all questions. He also indicated that my city does require a permit and he would ensure that the necessary paperwork was completed and in good order (which he did).
His team were extremely efficient as they removed the prior driveway, it was evident that they work well together and within two days - I had a drive way which was sloped well, improved the apppearance and function of my home and I am confident will last another 65 years (if cared for as advised by Muldoon Paving). I was provided written instructions as to how to care for my driveway including advise to seal it after 12 months (who knew?).
