"We respectfully disagree with Ms. Hagars characterization of her project and are, frankly, surprised by the review. We have multiple correspondences where Ms. Hagar expressed her appreciation for the project and satisfaction with the work. Over the course of the project there were challenges (as is the case in most remodeling projects), all of which were addressed in a timely and professional fashion. As we offer a 3-year warranty we have attended to subsequent warranty concerns. When the end of the project approached Ms. Hagar explained to us that she did not have sufficient funds to pay the balance on her project. Her project is currently in arrears and we have tried repeatedly to bring the project current. Once that occurs we will happily address any other warranty items.
