Landmark Roofing has always been the roofing company we call whenever we have any issues with our house in Brookline. They do outstanding work, are always responsive, and ensure that our leaks are sealed up as quickly and safely as possible. We have used them multiple times and are thrilled with the service. They have handled our small jobs as well as our larger jobs.

Everything Landmark did for us was completed to perfection and on budget.

Excellent work, looks just like the original with new matching trim. In 2014 I had Landmark replace the rear gutters with handmade copper gutters, very pricey. They have held up with no issues., but price of copper is currently even more expensive.

Fred and his team helped us replaced sections of our slate roof. They did an excellent job for us. Extremely professional and excellent craftsmanship! Fred and his team are very pleasant to work with. They are very knowledgeable in slate roofs and I very much appreciate their patience in educating me about slate roofs. Highly recommended!

These guys are great. They gave me a reasonable price, lots of free advice on stuff they didn't even do, and the leak stopped. Really nice guys, super knowledgeable, easy to work with.

Landmark handled this small repair project efficiently and professionally. Ryan was extremely responsive to our needs. We would definitely not hesitate to contract with Landmark again for similar or larger roofing projects.

Once they were able to get to us (they were clear there was a queue upfront), it was very quick. Since it was the next day (wicked bad storm, not surprised) that they got to us, they clarified that we still wanted removal even though there wasn't much (just the ice dams left and those were causing a lot of damage). Quick, easy and pretty much contact-free with the age of COVID. However, my partner just informed me that they were not wearing a mask when they knocked on the door. For that, I will not hire again. I'm high risk and it's important to me.

They did our collar ties for us. The price was great. We over paid by accident, they recognized the mistake, and are refunding us the overpayment. We would have never known otherwise. So appreciated! Honesty +1 Did a great job. The collar ties have an obvious professional install. Workmanship +2 They even cleared off our front stairs of the ice that I didn't know was there, as we don't use the front stairs much. So appreciated!! Courteous, polite, and going the extra mile for the customer. Priceless! Thanks guys?

I have never had it so easy. Every interaction I’ve had from Landmark sales, roofers, their metal specialist, and one of the owners was straight forward, reasonable, and respectful. The job was done in 3 days. The site was restored to near perfect condition after 12,000 pounds of debris was removed. What I had dreaded to do for years turned out to be much more manageable and feasible than I had expected, and it was done extremely well. They went above and beyond and I have no complaints. I recommend them highly.

The job went very smoothly. The person doing the estimate (Mike) showed up exactly on time, and did a thorough job investigating the problem and discussing the various options. He and his crew then performed the repair in the promised time frame, cleaned up the work site, and were professional throughout. I highly recommend Landmark Roofing.

Very professional and reliable, these folks have worked on my slate roof as required for several years now, as well as repairing/replacing some badly rotted wood gutters and associated areas. They come when they say they will, they explain clearly what needs doing and why, and they provide written price estimates in advance. After years of problems with other slate roofers, I'm delighted to have found them!

We worked with Mike from Landmark Roofing and were very pleased. We got several different quotes and Landmark's was very competitive. Unlike the others, Mike got up on the roof and looked around very carefully prior to giving us a quote. Because of this we had a really good sense that he knew exactly what was involved. The crew that came worked really hard to get the job done. There were a small number of minor issues that we identified afterwards, but they were responsive to these and always professional. In the end, they also did a good job cleaning up after the job was over and ran a magnet around the yard to pick up loose nails and other metal, which was important because we have young kids who like to run around in the yard. Overall a really good experience (price, quality, timeliness) and the roof looks great!

Did a thorough review of the roof, made recommendations and clear explanations, and promptly followed though. The new roof looks great, and will last 30 years, perhaps beyond my years! This was a large job. Fred Lavitman did a very good job explaining the scope of work in advance and his crew did the work on time as promised. It looks great and have had no problems so far (4 months). The job foreman kept us apprised of progress. Coordination with subcontractors was good (I had chimney work done also). I would recommend this company.

All the work was done well and they approached the job with professionalism and thoughtfulness. Had lots of discussions about the best technical solutions to minimize or avoid ice dams and water back ups. Made me confident - time will tell from here!

Great work!

The project went absolutely perfectly right from the start. They responded immediately to set up a day and time to look at the roof. They came right on time. The estimate was dropped off the next day. When we selected them for the job, they came right away to sign the contract and schedule it. They said they could start the job in 3-4 weeks, and it would take 3-4 days to do the job. Then as 3 weeks approached they called and said they would be there on Thursday to start work. They had the entire job 99% done in 2 days! They kept the yard neat throughout the project.We knew that there would be some added cost for rotted wood and chimney repair, so that was no surprise. Other than that they came in exactly on estimate. Our house is a Dutch Colonial which is very steep, with multiple levels and a very tricky roofline with lots of valleys and dormers. The roof looks great, we are extremely pleased with the results.

Could not have been happier. They were professional, responsive, helpful (gave us multiple options), and got the job done quickly and cleanly. When I pulled up to the house after the roof had been completed, the house looked new to me. High quality job. I had found Landmark originally because they came highly recommended on my town's Facebook group. Very grateful for the recommendation.
