We joked about having small children and the unexpected things that can happen. He reassured me Lifetime means Lifetime. He also hand wrote it on my invoice. That coming from the owner was a large part of why I paid Venture more than their competitors. A few years passed and one of my windows started getting cloudy. I went to Venture and in a week or so I picked up my replacement. Now again I have another cloudy piece of glass. Only this time Venture forwarded me to their vendor who told us we would need to fill out an online form. After approx 4 weeks with no update we contacted them again. They said since its been 20yrs we would need to pay $70 for the replacement. I left a message for Bruce only to be called back by his staff to let me know $70 was more important than honoring their agreement. This is something to consider before hiring."

Bob does excellent carpentry and finish work and is an extremely hard worker. He has also done wood gutter repair, cleaning and sealing, hung exterior doors and installed exterior wood railings for us. The various projects have involved a significant amount of high exterior painting. He has a wide range of skills and excellent problem-solving ability. "POOR WORKMANSHIP. WORTHLESS WARRANTY. We have 5 roofs that were replaced by Complete Roofing. 3 of the 5 new roofs leaked enough water to make puddles on the floors. They fixed one, I fixed one, and the third one they tried to fix twice, now they refuse to fix it. All three leaks seem to be caused by poor workmanship with the flashing and drip edges. The one they refuse to fix is on our personal home. We hired Complete Roofing to replace the entire roof, replace all gutters and flashing, and install gutter leaf guards. Our bathroom was flooded the first time it rained after the new roof was installed. The water leaked into the soffit, around the bathroom window, and streamed down the interior wall. They tried to fix it twice. The second time they tried to fix it they managed to prevent the bathroom from flooding but water still leaked into the soffit above the window. Now the soffit and fascia have rotted out from the inside and we have visible water damage around the outside of the bathroom window. I have been trying to get them to fix it for many months but they suddenly cut off all communication with me. My only option is to hire another company to redo this area of the roof, including: remove the gutters, install proper flashing, and replace the rotted soffit and fascia wood, repaint this area, and reinstall the gutters. We are very disappointed with Complete Roofing."
