Jacob B. went above and beyond. Rego was the 3rd co. we had out for an increasingly terrible smell in our 2 minisplits. He completely drained and cleaned each system (YUCK), cut our drain hoses to the proper length and educated us on how to better clean and efficiently run the system. Great customer relation skills.

HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK! Duane says all the right things - before he gets paid. I wish I could upload pictures of the mess he made of my house. First of all, after he started my job he would not show up for long periods of time. After reading the dates on the other reviews, it is obvious he was going to other jobs while mine was unfinished. They started my job in September and did not finish until January! This is a rental, and I am handicapped, so I could not be there to watch every day. When I found out he did not show up on a particular day, he would tell me he was on vacation, his wife was sick or other excuses. The job was to replace a single panel that serviced my house, with 3 panels, one for each apartment and a house panel. He moved the meter from inside my house to the FRONT of the house, even though I specifically asked him not to put it there. Did not inform me until it was too late. He did NOT enclose the main cable in PVC even though it specifically says that in the contract. (told me NGRID would not allow it!) He left massive holes in the finished basement ceiling that I had to pay a carpenter to fix. He changed where the main cable entered the house (to the front) and left all the brackets from the old cable on the house. Worse, circuits from the apartments are not in the correct panels! The house has electric heat so the heat breakers being in the wrong panel is a huge problem. Worse of all, he does not answer phone calls, texts or emails from me, even though I told him I would settle for him just putting the breakers in the correct panels. All these things he, or his workers, did without even asking me in advance. Meters in the wrong place, no PVC enclosed cable, etc. No communication about changes or problems unless I noticed them after he was finished. There was no way I could tell the circuits were in the wrong panels until heating season. I am VERY disappointed with him. I am considering legal action but I am hesitant to do that. Highly recommended electrician for any electrical project. I hired this electrician to install a home charging station. Great communication, scheduling, and time to complete and reasonable pricing. The electrician thinks from customer stand point to make it the best for the customer. Very nice and friendly crew in field. Highly recommended for any electric project. I plan to use them for other small projects at home.

I assure you it is not too much to ask- there is a company in Bristol County, MA who not only calls back, but makes you a priority! Contact DUANE REGO ELECTRIC out of Dighton, MA. They are unlike any electrical servicer I have ever experienced. I have had the run around for WEEKS from other companies, no shows, overpriced estimatesâ ¦even 1 company who â couldnâ t determine the problemâ and â needed to schedule a higher-level technician to come out in a weekâ just on and on and on. I called Duane Rego and they actually answered! Not only did Mr. Rego answer, he was able to immediately schedule same day service (since they happened to be in my area) however he still would have got me scheduled extremely fast as over the phone he knew almost with 100% certainty what the issue was and that it was a quick fix. He quoted me at least an estimate by the end of the day since his team was in the area (most companies would make you wait for another day) and Mr. Rego recognized the urgency and simplicity of the job that only true experience can provide. He didnâ t want to make me wait any longer. The Electrician who arrived was Scott,- what a nice guy! Outgoing, deeply experienced, loves animals knew exactly what to do, what to check, no nickel and diming, no drawn-out process, immediately recognized what others couldnâ t. Scott diagnosed, made one phone call to MR. Rego, fee worked out and Scott fixed it ON THE SPOT (they actually carry parts needed on the truck like so many others did not) I am SO thrilled I called Duane Rego Electric today! I cannot thank this crew enough for solving a month-long problem in literally hours, you guys are awesome! Even if they were not in the area, the service, price, everything was so on point and professional I would have actually waited longer for a fix, but luckily didn't need to. MANY MANY THANKS Scott and Mr. Rego!
