Best dryer vent cleaners near Devens, MA

"Excellent communication from initial inquiry, to estimate, scheduling and onsite interactions. Vernon completed my project as discussed in a thorough, timely and professional manner. I will definitely have him return to our home on an annual basis for dryer vent cleaning and would recommend him to others without hesitation. Thank you Earth Green and Angi’s List!"

"Duct Kings did a fantastic job cleaning my dryer vent and air ducts. The technician showed me before and after pictures of my air vents and I was amazed how much dust and junk was in there and how clean it looked after!"

"Came pretty much on time. Was professional, quick and thorough. Wore a mask. Would definitely recommend Ruben and his company. Signed a contract with him for yearly dryer vent cleaning."

"New England Quality Air Solutions is a small family-run operation. our ducts hadn't been cleaned in a few years and I needed to have it done before going in for a lung transplant. Debbie in the office called me right back and gave me a very detailed quote. I scheduled the duct cleaning, along with cleaning the dryer vent. Debbie gave me a window during which the workmen would arrive and that they would call when they were on their way from their previous job. They called and showed up right on time during that window. Mario and Sergio explained how they do the work, verified the number of vents, mains, and returns, and were able to do most of the cleaning from the basement, using a rotating brush and vacuum. Then they went to each room and inspected those vents to ensure that they were clean. They showed us pictures of what was in the vents! They also did a treatment for mold, mildew, etc., and made sure I was not in the house for the few minutes that the treatment was being done, due to my lungs. Their pictures of the dryer vent showed almost complete clogging and they cleaned that also. I found them very professional and thorough, both in their explanations and in their work. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to everyone."

"The pro did the work of cleaning out the dryer vents. However, they left without discussing what they learned from the work. The picture that they sent with their project completion did not have particularly good pictures and did NOT show the lint that was removed from the vent exhaust. Moreover, the summary description of the work simply said that no problem was detected. Nothing about the exhaust cleaning. I called the office. The lady I spoke to kept talking about the quality work they did which did not answer my question about the lint removal. She did say there were pictures attached to the report. I agreed, but it was only of the vent and the roof. She sent me additional pictures that clearly showed the volume of lint removed on the roof. In my opinion, this whole experience could have been avoided if 1) the report summary explained that lint was removed, in addition to "there were no problems noted", and 2) all the pictures taken by the technicians been included."

"I had an incredible experience. My water heater was leaking and ready to let go. Brian had contacted me. He set up an appointment the next morning. The two gentleman ( plumbers ) came in. Removed the old water heater. Installed the New water heater. And updated the vent piping because it was old and out of code. They did a wonderful job. And I cannot speak highly enough of them , the speedy work and their professionalism. I now have a new plumber for all my plumbing needs. Thank you."
