Hired Igor this fall to repair some weathered clapboard siding and rotting wood on our home. It was a pretty challenging repair as the damaged siding was high up (2-story colonial) near the peak of the house, over our garage. His communication was great--letting us know each day when he would arrive/leave, he worked long hours, was very talented in what he did, and IMHO did exceptional work. We were very happy. In our particular case, the final cost was a bit higher than the original estimate, however, it was completely understandable and I had no qualms what-so-ever (and I typically am not so easy in that department) He spent several days meticulously stripping/prepping the siding--doing the job right. He was highly reliable, seemed like a good guy, and I would highly recommend him.

I needed repair for the roof of my house which was going in the market My roof cleaner guy gave Igor my information. Igor called me the next day and gave me a reasonable quote and since I wanted to put house in the market he repaired the roof the next day He did a great job in fixing the roof and when he noticed an issue in my siding he fixed it without extra charge I am happy with the quality of work done. Igor is also very friendly and help you and guide you as needed I am very happy that I have found a reliable handyman and I will call him for future needs
