Vitali of Superior Floor Solutions was the only one to actually show up on time. He was not just professional and timely, he was great at making suggestions and taking notice to things we did not see for ourselves. Our estimates arrived in my email within 24 hours. When we struggled with the decisions of which flooring products to use, Debbie and Vitali were both there to make suggestions on not only the products but also what would fit into our budget. It didn't matter how long it took for us to decide. Debbie was very patient with us and answered all our questions. We breathed a sigh of relief when that part of the project was done. "It worked out okay, except that I would have anticipated, the cost just gets more. They always find those things, so it starts at $99 and end up spending $300 or $400. People tell me they always find mold inside your air duct, so they have to put a chemical. They call it a total cleaning as opposed to the regular cleaning which I paid for. What they did seemed to have worked. I have suspicions about when they find other things. "

They said that what they do is clean out any mold before they do the sheetrock. I am unable to grade the price because I haven't got a quote yet. They said I would need two quotes; one from the contractor and one from them. No work has been done yet so I can't grade the quality. They were good."
