He was not just professional and timely, he was great at making suggestions and taking notice to things we did not see for ourselves. Our estimates arrived in my email within 24 hours. When we struggled with the decisions of which flooring products to use, Debbie and Vitali were both there to make suggestions on not only the products but also what would fit into our budget. It didn't matter how long it took for us to decide. Debbie was very patient with us and answered all our questions. We breathed a sigh of relief when that part of the project was done. Now on to the installation. Vitali and his crew of Justin, Sergey and Roman arrived and got right to work. "It worked out okay, except that I would have anticipated, the cost just gets more. They always find those things, so it starts at $99 and end up spending $300 or $400. People tell me they always find mold inside your air duct, so they have to put a chemical. They call it a total cleaning as opposed to the regular cleaning which I paid for. What they did seemed to have worked. I have suspicions about when they find other things. "

"My experience with ServPro was terrific.  They were quick to get a crew out to my home on the same day the plumbing leak was repaired.  The crew pulled back the wet carpet, opened up the wall, and evaluated the situation before removing only the material that had to be taken.  They sprayed the affected area with cleaner, scrubbed everything that remained to get rid of the mold, and left blowers behind to help dry everything out.  When the main dehumidifier began leaking after one day, they promptly came out and swapped in a different one to finish the job.  Aside from a little confusion about their bill - my insurance company insisted on a direct bill while ServPro typically bills the homeowner - I was very pleased with how the entire process went.
