I don't think this was a job which Fm Services was qualified to tackle. The person with whom I discussed what I wanted done, how I wanted it done, and who seemed to understand the job, never appeared at the jobsite. Those doing the work tried hard, but did not use the correct materials and did not complete the job before it became too cold to continue. They wanted to come back to complete the job too early this year and never followed up once the weather improved. I completed the job myself. I believe Romeu Silva to be an honorable and honest person. I do not think he should have attempted a job for which he and his workers are not qualified.

I was impressed W/ contractor o/r others due to follow-through, attentiveness during the quote stage, presentation of options, accommodation to my needs/wants overall communication. Project was small + contractor got me quote within a day. He came to my home multiple times to evaluate property concerns. This was very important b/c I live in a townhome complex and must be considerate of my neighbors.However, the time of year resulted in the contractor completing several projects. The project went on longer than initially quoted. My patio is lovely and I believe he will stand by the quality in the case any issues arise.

The job was done very well and I am quite pleased with the result. Seemed just a tad expensive for the amount of time spent, but again, the results are very good. There was still some red grout up on the roof shingles but will probably wash away. Overall, very good job. Thanks.
