"From the initial contact with the assistant at the office right straight thru the entire process with the technician, WTPI was great!  We will be definitely keeping them as our maintenance provider for our gas furnace.  
The assistant was very pleasant & helpful when we had to change the day from the original one that was scheduled.  She gave us the time and date we requested & told us if we needed to change it again, it wouldn't be a problem.  She was very courtesy, friendly, and very professional during the entire conversation.  
The technician who came to our home for the initial evaluation was very thorough in what he would be doing the next time he came.  He did a total and complete flushing of the system and replaced all the valves in our home.   He was very professional and answered any questions my husband asked.  He was very knowledgeable even though our furnace is an older model. He explained everything he did and why.  He was truly a wonderful person and would be very happy to have him as "our" technician.
