"The first guy that came out to clean my carpet, sofas and mattress did not do a good job at all. He rushed and finished a 2 hr cleaning job in 1 hour. I was very dissatisfied. I called carpet cleaning experts to complain and without hesitation they said they will send another guy out to re clean. Doug came out to clean the following week and this time the job was done right, he was thorough and professional, he even took pictures of the noticeable spots that was still on my sofas and carpet before he cleaned. After he was done cleaning, I was very happy with how much cleaner and better my carpet and sofas looked and smelled the second time around, and the spots were gone or much less noticeable. I will call and request Doug again if I should need them in the future."

"If you are looking to have your floors replaced, look no further than Superior Floor Solutions. We started our project by first wanting a few estimates. Vitali of Superior Floor Solutions was the only one to actually show up on time. He was not just professional and timely, he was great at making suggestions and taking notice to things we did not see for ourselves. Our estimates arrived in my email within 24 hours. When we struggled with the decisions of which flooring products to use, Debbie and Vitali were both there to make suggestions on not only the products but also what would fit into our budget. It didn't matter how long it took for us to decide. Debbie was very patient with us and answered all our questions. We breathed a sigh of relief when that part of the project was done. Now on to the installation. Vitali and his crew of Justin, Sergey and Roman arrived and got right to work. "They come on time and took shoes off as I requested. Two guy--Nick and Nick. Nick one used a vacuum clean all the ducts, only missed one, first floor and second floor. Nick two explain to me what a whole set of job will be --clean the duct, but one for one set in/out and mine has two small branches, he called 3 Mains/feeders. Then he'll need make small openings on the main/feeder ducts in order to use brush clean the inner surface. He also said there are animal hairs inside, need to be clean, mold need to be sanitized and I request a cut for easy insert the filter. It took them from 12 pm to 2 pm finish all. They also spread some protection for the rusted cover, due to the moisture. Nick is very patient with my questions. I also mentioned the dryer vent on the coupon, asked they to vacuum the basement near their work area since it's new carpet. They did it.
After all, I gave the coupon, which is $89 and check with $948. Now I realize I'm overpaid at least $89, if not more.

In one word, this is a really bad deal!! I end up pay more than other companies regular price and I'm not 100% trust if all of the "job" they listed are really needed."
