"Roberto and his crew did an outstanding job! We usually do all of our hedge abs shrub trimming ourselves, but with a few other projects going on we hadn’t gotten them all season long and they were seriously overgrown. Since we COULD do it ourselves, we had a limit on what we were willing to pay, so we were getting several quotes … most of which were higher than we had hoped. Roberto worked with us on the pricing, which was good news because now it was off of our plate! His crew was there the early next day … fast, friendly, courteous, conscientious and neat! We are now looking to have Roberto and his crew back to take a few more projects off of our plate too! I first hired Leo for one job, and after seeing the quality, precision, and care in his work, I immediately brought him back for a second. The first project included pavers, a retaining wall with built-in seating, a garden bed, patio/paver installation, fence installation, and a composite deck with stairs. The second project was for my rental property and involved an insurance claim to repair the facade of the house. That work included installing stone veneers on the front of my home, constructing a new deck with a roof, building a stone wall with fencing, and completing a blacktop driveway. "We couldn't be happier with Dave's overhaul of our fireplace. His attention to detail, and commitment to excellence. We feel so lucky to have found him after another contractor flaked out on us. He came to the rescue & did whatever it took to get the job done on time and on budget. He is highly skilled and capable. Several times during the job he suggested things that would enhance the finished product. In doing so he created more work for himself. These upgrades probably added a full day of additional work. He didn't change the cost for the job, he just wants his customers to be happy. His attention to detail and cleanliness blew our minds. He spent a full day getting the room taped off to prevent dust from spreading throughout the house. A full day!?!? And it paid off when the work was done...we're not even hiring a cleaner. More than anything Dave's got a good heart, my wife and I genuinely enjoyed meeting and working with him. (Note: no AI was used in writing this review!)"

He provided a detailed contract and requested a $2000 down payment for the $4000 job, which I provided by credit card in an online transaction. He acknowledged receipt, and said he would begin work in one week. During that week, I tried to contact him by text, phone, and email concerning his request to leave materials in my garage before he began work, but received no reply. I repeated these contact attempts to inquire about his arrival time the day before and the day of his promised arrival. He never responded and he never arrived. My credit card company will try to recover my money, but I strongly advise you not to hire this person. If you do, definitely do not giver him an advance payment by check!"
