"I received a call from Michael that due to a pending snow storm on Monday, Mike would be available to perform the work on the Saturday before the storm. He arrived right on time and reviewed the work to be done.  Mike was easy to work with and made helpful suggestions. Originally the intent was to install moulding trim around the kitchen door but the space is so tight near the refrigerator I opted to fill the gap and smooth to the same finish as the rest of the wall. He also worked with me to decide the best height for the dryer vent to match the LG specs for the dryer.  Mike worked methodically and finished earlier than expected.
The compounding around the door remained soft for two days and sunk into the frame.  The gap filled was fairly deep.  I called and asked to have it repaired.  Mr. Handyman sent Don who came and added compound and finished the job. Don came earlier than expected so we didn't waste time waiting.  The door frame area is firm and ready to paint one day later.  Mr. Handyman stands behind its work and I would not hesitate to call them again.

"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."

"The job went very smoothly. The tech ran a bit late, but he called to say so. He installed a keypad by the front door and assessed the house for security. He suggested, since there are several casement windows in the living room and adjoining dining room that a breaking glass sensor would work better and be more cost-effective than alarming all the windows. He did alarm a door that the previous company (inherited when we bought the house twenty-three years ago) had not considered significant. I feel safer with the current sensor choices than the ones I had before.
He took the time to make sure I knew how to use the system, so I am very pleased with the service. My one caveat: I was told that the motion sensor would not register my smaller pets (two cats) because they weigh under forty pounds. They must have set off the sensor, though, because the police responded. The system certainly alerts the authorities, but that motion sensor is very sensitive!
