"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

"I had some electrical work done in my condo leaving lots of needed ceiling repairs on a decorative plaster ceiling. I had heard about Jason / J H Home Improvements And Plastering from a friend so gave him a call. He came out to give a free estimate and it was very reasonable. They came yesterday to do the plaster work and will be coming next week to paint the entire ceiling. So far so good. The work looks fantastic! Nice match to the existing ceiling, can’t even tell where they plastered. They were very professional and explained things to me before starting. They were right on time and cleaned up everything. It is hard to find a good plaster, especially if the job is not that big, like mine. But Jason treated me as if I was doing an entire house! I would defiantly recommend Jason / J H Home Improvements And Plastering"
