"Over the past month, Doctor's Landscaping has delivered on their promises. They did a construction cleanup, repaired a retaining wall, fixed some serious divots in my road, mulched my garden and cut back some overgrown trees. They are currently rebuilding the gate of a fence that has been resistant to repair. The owner, Rohan, and his sister, Davinia, make a great team. He works alongside his men, instructing, advising and guiding them, while she runs the scheduling, billing and correspondence. Thus far, they have been fair and responsive to my requests. When contacted about the issue, dryzone sent out a tech who confirmed every issue. The company then refused to fix anything without a second opinion. A month after I filed a chargeback, the GM called to "apologize", and made it sound like he wouldnt contest the chargeback, but offered no remedy to the situation. He then contested the chargeback and lied on the chargeback rebuttal. Eventually they settled for a partial refund. Terrible company, dont recommend."
