They showed up and we discussed possible problems and the several different options on how to fix it. They explained everything thoroughly and didn't push me in one way or another.. I went with the hydro-jetting and am glad I did. They did a professional job and I am very happy with the result. I will definitely use them again if the unfortunate occurrence happens again."
