I called Alex and told him my situation. He was there the next day installing it. He has a heart of gold and is an excellent plumber. He works on my house and my rental homes. (You will be happy to know him) he’s Also just put a new water system in our house that we love! "Adequate. Windows don?t appear very high quality but are ok as a basic, lower middle market option. Wrapping placed around seams is thin and cheap material. Need to hire handyman to finish inside of windows with trim because it?s all exposed. In other words it?s not a complete job. One window they measured wrong so installers couldn?t complete job and I have a few more months of waiting to be done. Customer service is ok but I?ve had to call them regularly to move the project along. Not a lot of initiative on their part and I don?t feel cared for as a customer."
