On top of that, they beat all other bidders on price, some by a considerable margin. The disparity concerned me, but I had prior experience with this company. "I absolutely loved Tim and his crew. At the beginning when I was getting prices, Tim was on time for our apt . He arrived and was very pleasant and professional . He answered many questions and did it with a smile. He was very respectful to my elderly mother and me. After he measured he hopped back in his truck and we had our estimate in five min. We had other projects going on and he was flexible with our time frames. On the morning of the job he arrived early and Tim and his crew went right to work . They were at my house for the entire day and After they were done Tim had me come out and he explained the entire job in detail. He had instructions for a new driveway and do’s and dont’s. We got a beautiful driveway and walkway. My mom was so impressed with his old school service and professionalism that she booked his services to re-do her walkways. I’m so very happy we chose him. "I am vey pleased with every step of the process. My request for an estimate was addressed within one day (my call returned same day, estimate provided the next day after the review).
Bob Muldoon responded to my request for the estimate, was very informative and addressed all questions. He also indicated that my city does require a permit and he would ensure that the necessary paperwork was completed and in good order (which he did).
His team were extremely efficient as they removed the prior driveway, it was evident that they work well together and within two days - I had a drive way which was sloped well, improved the apppearance and function of my home and I am confident will last another 65 years (if cared for as advised by Muldoon Paving). I was provided written instructions as to how to care for my driveway including advise to seal it after 12 months (who knew?).

"Chris did an excellent job! I got many different quotes through companies from Google and HomeAdvisor but felt Chris could do the job the best. He took out an old walkway, built a new walkway down a different area in my front yard then added a new retaining wall and granite steps from my driveway to my front door. He also put in a circle kit near my front door and put in a granite mailbox post. Everything came out perfect! Chris is a very hard worker, great communicator and I am very satisfied with the work he did. I would hire him again!"

"Anderson replaced a set of stairs had gotten hit by a plow blade a two years ago. Set he replaced were precast abd hollow. He did a fantastic job with the new ones, NO precast or hollow. I have solid stairs!!!!! The job was completed fast, Anderson and his assistant were awesome!! They explained to me, were courteous snd respectful they paid to detail! I woukd highly recommend them for any Concrete projects! I am thinking of a new patio next year. Concrete Solutions will definitely be getting the call!!!
