"Our house was the neighborhood eyesore! The paint was chipping, the gutters were falling off, and there was wood rot in many spots. After calling Jeffrey, he promptly came over and gave us a quote, which included stripping the old clapboards, new siding, insulation, gutters, shutters, and electrical work to replace all outside lighting. He definitely knew what to do and knows his craft. His crew arrived punctually every morning for 2 weeks. They were extremely polite, efficient and friendly. It was a pleasure watching them work. In addition to installing the siding, they replaced all the rotted fascia boards, tore down and rebuilt a rotted ?dog house? bulkhead, and installed the new lighting fixtures. When we discovered the sill under the garage was totally rotted, Jeffrey addressed it in a cost efficient manner. Over the course of a fortnight, our house was transformed into a beautifully sided colonial. The neighbors have been so impressed, some of them stood outside to watch. "Exteme Company did an amazing job, we have an older house and most of the walls were quite damaged. Those rooms were were drywalled and the result is like having an entire new house. His crew is very professional, nice and hardworking. We are very pleased with the result and will definitely use them again."

"My overall experience was that there was very poor communication. Instructions even when repeated, were not followed. The project went 15% over the original quote of $16,177 and took over 2 months, instead of 4-5 weeks. The subcontractors(except for the plumbers)were sub par. The was damage to my house because on several occasions the workers took no action to protect the surrounding area. They used sheet rock instead blueboard, did not want to remove the original insulation, tried to tile over the original floor. Their knowledge of basic plumbing was also an issue-not knowing what a flange is on a tub. Shelves were roughed before I specified the size/placement for them. One small wall was repaired 4 times before reaching a somewhat acceptable condition. SCSI's estimate was inaccurate because they were unable to determine the needs for plumbing. Additional work was performed without providing and estimate first and invoices were not itemized and often incorrect."

"Vista has come to our house, especially a particular gentleman. Really knowledgeable, very professional. They do several different things. I have had them out to do estimates on gutters. We have not hired them for anything. To give you an idea, when they've come out I was very happy to open the door and see it was the same guy that has come several times to do several things. I interview several people. Not only did he come, and it's a little confusing to me because it has to do with ventilation and insulation, and excuse my language but there is a whole freaking science to this thing, but the owner actually came out. Not only did they keep in communication by computer, the owner actually came out and reinforced the whole education and what needs to be done. I was really thrilled with that. I thought that was beyond the call of duty. I am sorry I was not able to go with them, but I would certainly say as far as customer service relationship, excellent. The information was excellent. Not bothered by the fact that he had to come out more than one time for the same kind of information. I've never had the opportunity to hire them. But I've never been disappointed. They will take the time, they will talk to you, they will educate you, and they will actually give you the best price they can possibly give you. I got educated so that when my  husband came home I could explain to him what is going on. I can't rate their work, but as far as their generosity of time and caring, it's off the charts. I don't know about price because this is a whole new area to me. They were amazing. I have to tell you I have had them out several times as I said, it's Vista Home Improvements so they do several things, but I feel kind of bad that I am yet to hire them. I am trying to think exactly where Vista is out of, but for the owner to com about to your house. We're talking about a wrap around attic. We are talking about getting on your hands and knees and crawling around."
